I took advantage of the Real Vegas Online Casino free no deposit coupon. I won and cashed out the $100 I was allowed to, after meeting playthrough. It is a month later, and still have not been paid, and still shows as cancellable. I don't think they intend to pay. I have e-mailed, called, and used their so-called live support. No one answers me back. Phone always goes to voice mail now, after initial call a month ago, when I was advised I had met playthrough, and since then, no response to my many calls and e-mails, and live support messages. I am not sure if this is normal practice, because I have heard RTG is slow to pay, but a month and still cancellable is ridiculous. It is also suspect that live support only takes messages, is never live, and never responds to messages.
