| I made a 40 dollar deposit with Visa Debit. The money has been deducted from my account. I even got the message giving the name of the processor that would show up on the statement. It has been 15 min and my acct still says 0.00 dollars. Has this what it has come too. I have never had this happen and I dont like it. I cant even contact anybody the phone rings and rings and it says live help is closed. Dont even wast your time here. I will let you know if I get my money. It does not matter this should not have happened. If you take my money I should get something back. They have the nerve to show it as pending in my transaction history. They did not waste anytime getting theirs. Sahara Sands has me very upset. I will let you know how it goes. I just really want a refund!!!
Well I took a nap and came back and there was my 40.00. Lost it real quick and so i just try 35.00 more just to see. Yep the money is gone but I dont have nothing. Customer Service rep was rude. Dont waste your time here folks. Thats what I am doing gotta wait four hours to play a measly 35 dollars. Could you imagine if I won! They take forever paying me my own money to pay. I dont want even think about how long it would take for a payout. |  |
