problem with rivel download

When I download a Rivel Casino, it woun't open. The Casino's name is in the tray, but I can't open it. I tried run and save. Can anyone tell me what to do?

I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM SINCE SIMON DID THEIR UPGRADES. I was able to play at Superior until they did theirs - now it won't open. Actually if you double click on the icon and wait for about 10 minutes, the software will open. I was able to log on but now I can't get any of the games to download. I uninstalled it all since I cannot find a solution to this. I have cleaned cookies, I disabled my firewall (briefly) and then tried to open it, and nothing. I have spoken to chat a thousand times, since I have a few bucks in Superior, but they have offered nothing. If ANYONE has has this trouble and has found a way into the program...please let us know, and I will do the same.

Did you try cleaning your cookies
and temp internet files then rebooting your computer? this works 90% of the time good luck.
