Please be aware that Prestige gives its customers a very rude service! They deny the link, which says 10 euro gratuit (no deposit bonus), and they leave you waiting for hours. the name of the person is Gregoire from live support. Truly horrible! Do not play there!

THIS IS NO EXCUSE for rudeness. I have sent this isssue to upper management and they are working on the problem.. I win alot
at prestige and want them to fix this issue, so we can all play there

THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

But i think the $10 WAS A BOGUS OFFER
NEVER APPROVED BY THE CASINO.. Embarassed

It is acceptable, TDTAT, the service was truly rude, the link I received from MaxBonusCasino clearly said 10 Euro free and I was treated with a very ugly disrespect. I am not exaggerating!! Truly not!

Just remeber the casino is a good casino, but sometimes 18year old kids work there.. My contact is Discussing this now with upper management
