Yes, well if you do bring a truck, in the future....
Make sure it can clear 11 feet, so we don't have to leave the truck in the
street to do a 7 minute walk through the parking lot, a gate, around the
pool, and through the other gate.....
the movers were not looking to spunky when they finished in the 99 degree heat.

OMG Voodoo!!! I'm surprised that they didn't unload into the parking lot!
I've know that usually if anything is not as they expect this can happen! Had a load of copy paper delivered and it was to go up to the third floor!!! The truck people were not told by their dispatcher and they arrived thinking they could just unload into the lobby at the school. They moved it into the lobby and refused to take it up!! I told them that when it was ordered that I made sure that the delivery requirements where noted. After several minutes I asked them to radio their dispatcher and check what the order read. Sure enought the dispatcher had simply not informed them. The paper got carried up three flights of stairs!!
