CoraBets, Hi! I doubt that bank wires are an option for US players. In fact, No casinos will be allowed to do direct bank wires to the US after June due to the UIGEA law that will finally be implented (same reason why mastercards no longer work). ewallets will be the only withdrawal option... ewalletxpress and quicktender.

I made playthrough on the free chip last week. I made the verification deposit, and requested my withdrawal. So far I haven't seen it. There is no live chat, but I sent them an email and they did respond fairly quickly to my questions. Now I am just waiting..... Wink

They never requested docs or the form, they said they would email me if they needed them, but I never got an email, so I haven't sent them in. I will do that this afternoon and maybe that will speed things along. They did say I should see the funds by Monday, though. Very Happy

Hey I received a $99.99 no deposit bonus with a 50 X playthrough requirement and a 2 X max cashout ($199.98 ). I won, made the playthrough requirement, requested a withdrawal, the cashier had an error message that said I had to make a deposit using a payment processor to be able to make a withdrawal to the same processor ( I use e wallet express) to make a withdrawal . I made a deposit, I sent in my id. I live with my parents and the utility bills are sent to my home address, but they don't have my name on them, so I figured they wouldn't accept a utility bill, so I sent them a hospital bill addressed to me instead.. I was told the withdrawal would be processed within 2 business days. 2 business days passed as of yesterday, and I still haven't received my winnings, I emailed them and asked about it, and they said that it would be processed by the end of this week. I emailed them and reminded them that they it would be processed by today and they said that their technical department is already informed about my transaction delay, and that I need to wait another 48 hours and they said "We will contact you about this isse resolving within 48 hours" and yes the misspelling of the word "issue" was on their part... Has anyone ever actually been paid by them for a no deposit bonus? especially since I DID have to deposit to actually "receive" my winnings...

I just received another email that said


Your bill from hospital is absolutely ok. We really apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for patience.

. so I guess it has to do with them... it really shouldn't take this long for a casino to send some money to a ewallet express account, they seem to have no trouble accepting money from ewallet as soon as I try to deposit it... >_>

They do not have live chat. Try sending your emails to both of these addresses:

Also add both emails to your safe list. They should answer in 24 hours. You will need to send in a copy of your id, the fax back form and a utility bill to verify your identity.
