I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS E-MAILS TO THEM. I HAVE BEEN PLAYING ON

If you mark the promotion in the cashier you're playing on, and then look at the bottom, it will say if you have reach the requirements or not. Hope that helps.

patriciamae1, Hi, if you withdraw and it lets you then you made the playthrough or Go to the cashier. Click on the bonus you are playing, scroll to the bottom. It will say if you have met the wagering requirements.

I won on a free chip with Orange Gamez and they answered all my emails quickly. Maybe they are not receiving your emails for some reason? Like TDTAT and Drakella said, click on your promo in the cashier section and it will say whether or not your playthrough has been met.....or just go ahead and attempt a withdrawal. Good Luck!

i still have not had any luck reaching orangegmez. i tried to call and it says that # is disconnected.now what do i do. i have been playing the same 200 chip for the las week.you would think i have met the 12000 playthrough. they will not even e-mail me back.are they a roughe casino and putting everyone on. i really like the games but when you cannot reach anyone it makes me wonder if i am just wasting my time. any suggestions would help or is there some there that can get ahold of them?

patriciamae1, You can check yourself if you made the playthrough... just follow the instructions I posted above. 12,000 is a lot of playing, so unless you are betting $50 a spin it would take a very long time. Did you try to withdraw? If you are not playing SLOTS then you will not make the playthrough and your winnings will be void as you did not follow the rules.

If you are using the correct email addresses then they should answer, as other members have used it and cashed out and been paid. They are not a rogue casino. Did you copy and paste the email addresses? The phone number does not work because it is not for US use, as I said it is "international" and will not work with the country code from the US.

patriciamae1, Also, what email service do you use? Unless you use gmail, I bet they are answering and your provider is blocking their emails, that happens a lot. Add all the casino emails to your safe list and try again.
