 I love a contest!! I did go to diamond deal and I did get my 500% but only after I told support that this was their last chance to give the bonus or I would deposit elsewhere. Then she gave me 5$ oh my then I screamed! Then she gave me 400% then I screamed somemore! LOL then she gave me the other 20% I never did get an additional 15$ but I am not complaining! Then the money was gone in 60 seconds! I did love that new 2 million game though! Thanks again!

I, too, love this casino. It seems my money lasts a bit longer, however, i asked for the 500% and she told me no, only 100%. I mentioned I had gotten an e-mail that offered 100% plus $50, then she asked who the e-mail was from. I got back to her and finally she gave it to me, reluctantly. Also, every Playtech I have deposited at has come back with an e-mail hours later with an extra$7, but not with this casino. So, the jury is out on this one. I love it when live chat goes the extra mile to get your money...not here. But, yes, VP is OK and the bonus is cashable.
