Had a nice experience at DaVinci's Gold recently. Played a thirty percent bonus which only had a 12x playthrough which was nice. Made playthrough and cashed out $500. Had never cashed out there before so had to submit security docs but customer service responded quickly to my emails, clearing security docs in a couple of days. Two days later, $$ were in my QuickTender account.
