I played at Real Vegas as well as a depositor. I used the so called vanity cards that they send you and won 476.00 dollars on Ronin since that is the game they specified I had to use it on. The rules said that a deposit had to of been made after June 2005 and I had deposited after June 2005 so I thought everything wad good. I kept the money in the account for about two weeks while playing through the wagering requirements and was finally ready to cash out 312.00. I called support to make sure I had met all the requirments and the person I talked to was very rude and said I havent made a deposit in between this vanity card and the last vanity card I had used (which as stated it only says in the rules you have to of made a deposit after June 2005 not once in between each vanity card) he then removed all the winnings from my account and told me there is nothing he can do for me. He was very unfriendly amd unwilling to explain to me why the email says differently. I have since deleted their software and blocked emails coming from them and will not play there again. As for the vanity cards they are only good for the person they sent them to and no one else but I do warn you PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK and do not get excited about anything you win as most likely you will not receive your winnings. I would hate to think that all casinos are like this and I am sure they arent since I have deposited in a few reputable ones but casinos like this give all the other casinos a very bad name. Good luck gaming at the good casinos though.
