I have had good luck at El Dorado Palace: cashed out $100 off a $20 N/D bonus back in October(ish), got paid via QuikTender right away, but had issues w/ payout of $126 off another $20 N/D over the holidays. I'd deposited between bonuses ($55), so that was not the issue. I read that QT was the problem; it wouldn't be able to process w/d's from sites 'til 01/04/10, but by that time, I'd reversed my winnings and lost, but it took me a long time to lose the $.
