You may have to deposit to cashout the wins, ask casino support.
Most casinos require a deposit from the option you want to cashout with
for verification.
Unfortunately that casino which is in the Grand Prive Microgaming Group, threw out all the affiliates and basically lied and cheated us all.
I can not help get your money if they decide not to pay because
they fired all affiliates like me (but they kept all the players I sent them). I hope they treat you better than they treated me. 
I would avoid Grandbay casino after this.
