I waited 10 minutes at live chat, to request the $10 bonus.
No one responded to me during that time (maybe, they are asleep  )
Not enough patience to wait longer...  I logged off and will try again, later!

 I also found myself waiting... so I just left a note saying "I am going out for a cig... so I will be back in a little bit." and when I came back the $10 was in my account and a message from live support saying "we have creditted your account with the free $10, good luck and have fun!" It certainly beats sitting there waiting for someone to get there!! Good Luck everyone!

Same thing here but I went to the gas station for cigs, $10 was there when I got back. Also found it the same as the other Top Game Casions, some slots are so slow in dropping it gets boring to wait. Will probably never deposit but appreciated the free chip to try.

I did go back, last night for the $10 Free.
"Dan" credited, quickly.
I liked his service because unlike the other times that I registered at the
Top Game casinos, he did not bother me while I was playing the $10 free!
(They usually will keep sending messages telling me what deals they can
give me, to deposit..... but, many messages)
There is something I like about the software... maybe because it is different..? Not sure.
I have deposited at a couple of these software type casinos, before.
(no wins.)
I think I am wiling to give it another chance.
400% is quite inviting!

I like this site. Customer support was fast for me and Lee was the best! Funny everytime I would try to waste all my chips it would give me another 10 haha by winning. The site is the greatest. You would be a fool not to try it out.
