I have made several deposits with club usa...so I went to live chat and asked about free chips...they told me that live chat is not able to give free chips to anyone who deposits using any bonus codes that you have to mail promotions and ask them.

I find this strange, especially since the other rtg's I play with hardly ever refuse giving me a free chip.

Bethri77, Oh... I rarely use deposit bonus codes (probably why I get more free chips). Try emailing them... the thing is that sometimes live chat can not grant free chips and the VIP promotions manager has to do it... All players have like a "bonus to deposit ratio". The max level is different at each casino, but sometimes if you have over XXX% ratio of bonus to deposit then they don't give extra bonuses. If you always deposit with high bonus codes then your ratio is probably high and that is why live chat can not give extra free chips.

Hope that makes sense. I have kind of gathered this information from different things I have heard from casinos as both a player and an affiliate.. so I am not exactly sure, but I think that is how it works. Thumbup

There are several RTG's that will give you a free chip after $50+ in deposits: Casino Titan, Grande Vegas, Manhattan Slots to name a few. I try not to ask every time I deposit, but when I do, they are usually accomodating. (although sometimes it depends who you get in live chat) Good advice TDTAT!

I just started to deposit and play at Club world 2 months ago. I deposit $21-$25 about 3-4 time a month. I was surprise when I received an email from them for a $30 dollar free chip, not once but twice. They are one of the greatest casino I would deposit, play and enjoy, although at the end I always lose. This is the type of casino I would remain a loyal depositor to.
