samsarah1, i also not very patient ,it will make it 15 working days,and chasing and hasseling on line help,who have no idia wot going on and try there best.and e mailing with no reply.it seems if you have a prob and they reverse youre withdrawl,the payout reverts back to the 5 days waiting ,after security docs accepted notirized ,anyway i had that same sequence at vegas amped,and back to back win,maybe that why,see on monday,no wagers this weekend

if you play again at this place and win , try to cashout your winning on many times like that
i e , if you win 300 dollars , cashout one time 200 dollars then 4 times 25 dollars if you want to take reversal bonuses with , and dont touch your $200
for my part i refuse to play there until i hear they paid correctly the costumers

you can play on many others rivals , you are not french or US so you have a lot of rival witch pay regulary
