DOES ANYONE HAVE A NETSPEND CARD?
I HAVE FUNDS IN MY CARD BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR 2 DAYS NOW I TRY TO CHECK ONLINE BUT CAN NOT OPEN PAGE CALL THEM SAYS SYSTEM DOWN ANYONE ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM PLEASE RESPOND

I KNOW I CAN COUNT ON NOLUCKNEEDED FOR ANSWERS OR HELP

i have a netspend card, i dont have any problems right now, but have in the past, i would call customer service, they usually can help with that, good luck |

I did have the same problem, last week.
I could not get the website to even come up on my computer. I called them, and they said that there shpuld be no problems with the website.
And my card was also being declined.
Someone (TDTAT ) told me to delete cookies, and try again.
It did work..

Sometimes I have a problem opening the site. I will get a message that my settings are to high or to enable cookies. But doesn't happen very often. However, sometimes the website is posting data and it won't work. But I have never had my card declined on sites that will take it. Today it is working fine. If you want to bypass the 50 cents they charge for phone balance, just ask to speak to customer service (c.s. agent told me to do this). Then they don't charge you.
