DOES ANYONE HAVE A NETSPEND CARD?
I HAVE FUNDS IN MY CARD BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN WORKING FOR 2 DAYS NOW I TRY TO CHECK ONLINE BUT CAN NOT OPEN PAGE CALL THEM SAYS SYSTEM DOWN ANYONE ANYONE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM PLEASE RESPOND

I KNOW I CAN COUNT ON NOLUCKNEEDED FOR ANSWERS OR HELP

i have a netspend card, i dont have any problems right now, but have in the past, i would call customer service, they usually can help with that, good luck Very Happy

Maybe this is the problem.. where are you trying to use them?
the cards work fine at Intertops and Pantasia..
they do not work at all the microgaming casinos now except intertops

I did have the same problem, last week.
I could not get the website to even come up on my computer. I called them, and they said that there shpuld be no problems with the website.
And my card was also being declined.
Someone (TDTAT Very Happy ) told me to delete cookies, and try again.
It did work..

If a website locks up on you or
will not let you log in, do this:


Go to System. (for me I go to MSN then settings)
then security settings and delete cookies
and temporary internet files.. then reboot and
try going to the website Smile

Sometimes I have a problem opening the site. I will get a message that my settings are to high or to enable cookies. But doesn't happen very often. However, sometimes the website is posting data and it won't work. But I have never had my card declined on sites that will take it. Today it is working fine. If you want to bypass the 50 cents they charge for phone balance, just ask to speak to customer service (c.s. agent told me to do this). Then they don't charge you.
