I have to say I downloaded and registered through your banner, and was locked. So I sent an email for a managers review. They were very nice and called me the next day saying they unlocked my account. WOohoo!!

I downloaded from your banner, and just yesterday made my first deposit. I only deposited $25 and claimed the 100% promotion, I played all day yesterday and I am still playing, I met my requirements and have requested a withdrawal of $200, and left $100 in the account for later. Not bad for $25, and having tons of fun all day. So now I just wait and see how the withdrawal goes.

I got my request for security documents today, and sent them back, did not hear anything from them, now just wait til after the weekend to hear back and make sure everything was accepted. One step closer.

I tried to confirm with Live chat yesterday and was told they couldn't comfirm, but would foreward the request to security, and I would hear back via email, I never heard anything back, so I wrote an email yesterday asking them to confirm they received them, still never heard anything back, so once again today I ask live chat, I was told the same thing, they couldn't confirm, they said that they didn't see where I had sent them in, So I resent them, just have to keep waiting, I hope someone writes me back and lets me know something. I really don't know why they wouldn't have received them, I sent them to the email address they requested I send them to.

Thanks queenmap, I haven't heard anything from them yet, I requested the withdrawal on February 4, they requested security documents on February 6, I sent them in, but still have not heard anything as of today February 9. I have asked Live Chat my documents, they say they have now received them, but are currently under review, and I will hear something via email. I am just going to wait patiently as this is my first withdrawal from them. I will let u know when I receive my withdrawal.
