I contacted RoyalVegas and 7Sultans about my withdraws that were done ACH. They have new processors and to make a long story short it will take about or at least a month to get my withdraws. Angry

Need less to say I'm not very happy. Anyone else having this problem??

maybe they really have NEW PROCESSORS!!
These have always been good casinos..
The new law has Made it hard to pay players..

They have gotten new processors to accomadate this..
but obviously that delayed payments

More than likely, TDTAT! Doesn't mean we have to like it though! LOL! Hopefully, new processors will mean quicker withdrawls in the future!

Actually, now they are telling me they are trying to figure out what the hold up it.

Blame it on these stupid new USA laws!

I put a warning in the royal vegas post..
I know they will pay.. they are not
a dishonest casino group at all...
they have always been a top group
for customer service, so I know they
will get this fixed.. but still STINKS!!

TDTAT,
Could you or Would you please contact theses casinos and find out whats really going on. I have heard many different reason of why I've not been paid. One person from support even when as far as to tell me there were some people who withdrawed in Jan. and Feb. who still haven't got paid. This seems like a long long time. Also part of their customer service is nothing but rude when I try to find out anything. Any light you or anyone else could shed on this matter would be great. Thank you Karen

I wished I would have saved the e-mail I had gotten from them. They were rather rude. I had talked to numerous reps on live chat, then wrote another e-mail. I told them I had heard different reasons why I haven't received my withdrawal. The thing I don't understand is I had made withdrawals from other casinos before AND after I made the one at Royal Vegas and have received all of those. Why is Royal Vegas having so many problems and not the others? Maybe I'm missing something? I do understand that the new laws are screwing with everything but why is it exclusive to this group?

WARNING ROYAL VEGAS AND 7SULTANS STILL HAVE NOT PAID ME MY WINNINGS REQUESTED ON APRIL 16. I TOLD THEM IF THEY COULDN'T PAY ACH THAN PAY BY CHECK OR TO MY ECO CARD.....STILL NO PAYMENT MADE TO ME....THEY STATE THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS PAYING USA PLAYERS

I'm waiting to get paid by grandmonaco casino.
It's been over a week now since i requested the payout.
I'm not from usa.
Maybe the problems are not usa related.
I usually get paid in 2 days from microgaming casino's.

in 2 days so it is not all Microgaming Casinos..

I sent 7 sultans/ Royal Vegas an email to see if I can
