This is a new casino, and I have to tell you I recently discovered they are also a very honest casino. when they first opened about 2 weeks ago i received an email that had a $20 n/d code andinstructions on how to redeem code if I opened an account. i opened account and redeemed code, and i could not believe the play i got on that $20. i played for 6 days on that free chip, and i can honestly say that i have never played that long on a free chip or for that matter on any of my deposits lol. the next day, which was 9/4 i received another email that thanked me for trying out their software and gave me a $100 VIP free chip. while i was playing that night i hit a royal flush for $1000. my first thought was omg i didn't deposit inbetween free chips and will not be able to cash out. and of course thinking that i got pissed off lmao. but my husband lost his job 6 weeks ago and has not found another so i can't deposit anywhere. you all are not going to believe what happened, lmao i still am in awe and pinch myself to make sure i didn't dream it lol.

I had no clue what the tc's were so i went to live support and asked them if i met the cashout requirements on that $100 free chip. I just know they are going to tell me I can't cashout cause i didn't deposit between free chips, and almost fell off my chair when i was told yes i did and how to go about doing a cashout request. from the time i redeemed chip and talked to support i must of been playing for at least 6 or 7 hrs. i had $879 left from the royal flush winnings so i requested a cashout of $700. this was friday night so i knew it would not get processed until monday, today, forgetting that today is a holiday. i was playing last night and the live support window opens and it is the casino manager talking to me, lmao scared the bjesus out of me cause i was not expecting that to happen. he told me that the cashier rejected my request because i had not made a deposit between free chips. i could not believe what i read next!

he said that he believed i should be able to get at least the max cashout requirenment on the chip which was 2 times amount of chip, $200 and they said no, so he asked me if it was possible to make a deposit and he would make sure i got my withdrawl. long story short, cashier said i had to deposit $80 to get $200 and i lost the remaining $700. the manager said that he had m0re say than they did and he wanted to work with me. he asked if i could deposit $50 and if yes he would authorize my $200 and he would credit the remaining $500 to my account with rollover requirement of 10 times and max cashout would be 3 times amount making it $1500 max cashout. i replied after talking to hubby that yes i would deposit $50 and asked if it would be possible to have the $500 trickled into my account because i knew i would blow it all at once and not being able to deposit is killing me lol and trickling it in $100 at a time would mean i could play when i get the itch to, knowing money is there to play is alot more comforting than blowing it all and getting mad that i did. to my surprise he said yes they could do that for me. so while we are discussing this i am making my deposit, and when it was approved i told him. and that surprised him as he didn't know i was doing it then. he asked me, you already made your deposit? i said yes and it has been approved and is credited to my casino account. he said let me check, and i kidd you not, when he came back he said to check my quicktender account as my withdrawl had already been sent to it. i didn't believe him lol i have never had a withdrawl processed to my account that fast, never. i said yeah right, no withdrawl is that fast. he said i promise you it has been sent. i looked and almost fell off my chair it was there. he did not tell me when i deposited i was getting a bonus of any kind. when i checked my account to make sure my deposit was credited i had $175 in my account. i checked my netspend account and there really was only $50 approved to be withdrawn from my balance. so i told the manager, i said, um i don't know what happened but i don't want to play any of it until you check it out, but i deposited $50 and my account shows $175 so there is $125 more in there than should be. he said, surprise! that is your deposit bonus a and rollover is 2times and no max cashout! i cannot stress how much this impressed me on their honesty! and . . and . . .and . . . drumroll please! they accept all USA players!
