CoraBets, You needed to do a screen shot of the bous terms in the cashier.

All I know is that the excess of the cashout with a max cashout bonus would have been deducted automatically, so no one at the casino changed it, the system did. If there was a mistake I would need a screen shot of the bonus terms. So which bonus was it? Maybe if you tell me I can download the casino and look up the bonus terms. Rest assured a casino does not care if you cashout $125 or $250 unless it is in the bonus terms... and the live chat guy maybe could not see that at one point you had $250, but the system took $125.

Are you saying the first cashout you made... that you cashed out the max and then reversed it then the $125 was deducted before you played?

If I play with a bonus with a max cashout I can request any amount, even above the limit, but when they process it (after a day or 2), the excess will be deducted, which is what the system did maybe... I can not tell from your chat history.

Anytime you play with any bonus that has a max cashout and you reverse the cashout, the max cashout rule still applies I think... in any case I have no way to know what bonus you claimed, how much you deposited or what the bonus terms are from your chat history.

TDTAT, the promotion said deposit and get 100% bonus and then it said maximum cashout was $250. So when I was over $250, I cashed out for the $250 and lost the overage. Then I wanted to deposit more so I had to cancel the withdrawal request in order to do a new deposit. I did so. In the process, I ended up with $125 plus the $25 I had deposited today. That's when the conversation began. The only stipulation was that you could not use the withdrawal to fund another claimed promotion. I played all the money out and if I haven't already removed Crazy Luck from my computer, I will be doing so immediately.

CoraBets, I really wish you would have just posted your user name and let me email the casino and find out what was going on and left the money there... I don't understand. Never cancel a withdrawal with a max cashout bonus because you can't win more. Sad
