I won at both places and both seemed to not want to send me my winnings. they both took more than 5-6 weeks to finally send the payout. I think they were assuming I would give up, but I was persistent and did get my rewards.

I am sorry you are playing at these casinos. They are known rogue casinos and we have warnings about them everywhere. If you got paid, you are lucky. If your wins had been bigger, you probably would not have been paid at all.
These casinos are known to refuse payment of winnings and delay payments.
They call players at home and are some of the worst casinos on the internet.
