Without a doubt the cure is water. Drink lots before you drink and while you drink. I often chug a few waters throughout the night and it makes a huge difference. That, plus an advil in the AM.

Umm but of course the best cure is to NOT drink at all! But, if drinking is the key (which usually is for me) I drink casually and not mixing my drinks. This way I don't get a hangover at all.

The best hangover cure is and has always worked for myself as well as my friends(while in highschool of course) is...Chocolate milk, homemade chicken noodle soup(at grammas of course...w/o telling on yourself) and ice cream(any flavor as long as its loaded with it)!

Avoid or minimize a hangover by drinking water before, after, and in between cocktails....and don't drink on an empty stomach. If you still end up with a hangover - Ibuprofen, Redbull, and Gatorade seem to help! Have fun and be safe all!

Alka Seltzer has always worked for me, and if you take it before you go to bed, you won't even have a hangover the next morning (the secret is to not get so drunk you forget to take it that night  )

I personally don't drink but my husband says the most important thing is to not drink on an empty stomach.

HO OH OH!
At 50 years of age, many a drink, non-alcohol and alcohol alike, have passed through the "slot" on my face. And when you hit the "jackpot" by imbibing in one too many of the alcohol kind, maybe "7 or 11", it can be quite excrutiating as you "roll" out of bed, or wherever you happened to have landed when the party was over. It's a sure "bet" that your head is "spinning", your "balance" is off, you want with each "progressive" minute to "cash out", and as an added "bonus" the "maximum" total of toilet trips have been reached. The misery of it all can be quite hard to "handle" and a "winning" cure is something you beg for. After many years of this occurance to many a "player", only one "blazing" cure is sure to work - don't "fund your account" to begin with!

The best hangover cure is to take a can of Cream Soda and open it before you go to bed drunk (of course) and when you wake up in the morning, drink it. You might get sick but the hangover is gone right after, then make yourself a big bacon and egg breakfast with toast. You feel great right away, atleast thats my trick

When my sister and I would go out drinking (ages ago). we would always take Alka Seltzer before we left the house and it always worked for us. We also would make sure we had something hot and soupy to eat the next day, preferably gumbo.
