Just to let everyone know. I won over $3,000 eight days ago and met the playthrough, submitted all my documents. Everyday I am told they are flooded with e-mails and my documents are being submitted. I am told I will receive an e-mail or they will follow up to see why they have been approved. Meanwhile, my money sits in the acct. and I can't withdraw. I would not trust this casino. I don't expect to ever see my money.

I would just like to let everyone know that on my withdrawal of $4,500.00 form Cleopatra's Palace casino, I did get paid $3,000 this week. They have a maxium of $3,000 per week so I will get the remainder next week. Overall, I would say they are a good casino other than it took over two weeks for them to process my paperwork so I could make a withdrawal. Once they did, it did take them approximately five days to process my withdrawal and give me a fedex tracking number. It came the next day. I would play there again.

NANSKWAR,

I am glad you got paid, but there are too many great casinos to play somewhere that takes 3 weeks to pay a cashout. There are casinos that pay in less that one day.

Please consider saving yourself another headache and play at a recommended casino that you can trust.
