I agree wholeheartedly with the comments on this board about Cleopatra's Palace! They have totally messed up my deposits and left pending transactions on my credit card for weeks now, tying up my credit. They keep promising an email from the "manager" but nothing ever comes. Whenever I go to the online chat I am told the "manager" is "in a meeting" and they will check with her as soon as she is available.
The height of absurdity was last week when I won TWO random slots jackpots totalling $10,000 within one hour, and of course by the time I was able to satsify the playthrough requirements from my "deposit bonus" luck had turned and I ended up with nothing. Funny how a random number generator could so carefully calculate that I needed $x to satisfy the playthrough and time it just right so I would be broke by the time I bet the $x. Uncanny!

On their behalf I was paid my additional $1500.00 last week as they promised. Although the process was slow to get my documents processed, once they were my $3,000.00 was sent overnight and I did get the $1,500.00 the following week. They usually cut their checks at the end of the week and you get them on Thur. or Friday. I met the playthrough again yesterday and had $1,000.00 but blew it! It seems you hit alot of big spins on this casino.
