I was playing at Black Lights Casino, doing well up a couple thousand dollars, that is when I started betting $ 39 a spin on this large bet it never gave any return it would spin then drop off line momentarily then return. When the money was almost gone, I changed games and built it back up on a lower bet. With my balance back over $1000 I decided to try it again not truly believing they were crooked. Well it did the same thing, when I was under $100 I went to chat with support. I told him I had a concern that the game was malfunctioning could he offer anything at all on the subject. He ignored me after an hour of trying to get any kind of support, I asked if the chat could be forwarded to a manager and could he contact me. I never used any bad language or said anything that would be considered abusive. No one ever contacted me and the next day I was locked out of the Casino, I tried for days to contact someone only to be ignored. Eventually I was told I could not ever play there because of my abusive chat, that was wrong but that is the excuse to ignore the truth, the truth being they are cheating their customers

You should complain to the website where you found that casino, because they are not approved to be on this site. We can only help with problems at casinos we work with.
