Wait a second. That IS a quote from thier terms and conditions. See the attached screen shot!! I am sorry TDTAT but for them to come on here and imply that I lied... is just plain wrong. THAT is exactly what I was talking about. I was NOT dis'ing them or putting them down. I just stated a concern for that one section in the terms and conditions. (I am glad I took the screen shot but I will be uninstalling all Top Gaming casinos)
I understand it may be listed at other casinos. I have no issue with that, like I said.. I was not dis'ing them or putting them down, it was just a concern of mine when I read that phrase. But as you can see by the attached screen shot... It IS in thier terms and conditions. Read paragraph #17. I did not make it up!!

They probably just looked at the terms on the home page and did not
look at the terms in the download package. They are a new casino, so let's give them credit for joining
and talking to us at all. wink

Anyway it does not matter because most of the casinos I look at have the terms including Sloto'Cash.

LadyLucky, I appreciate that someone reads the download terms and I'm glad you are on my side!!! Thumbup

It is imporatant to keep casinos on their toes... I just know it is a lot of
work to open a new casino and try to cut the new ones some slack with
certain things.

Black Diamond been so great about giving us the exclusive free chip and
communication, so I will let them slide on this mistake. I'm sure they will
apologize for the confusion. wink

I have looked at a bunch of casinos and found a similar term at all of them.

Be careful when you play free chips.. Always read the terms before you play.
You are almost never allowed to play blackjack with free chips (or most deposit bonus).

VIP Lounge is not a recommended casino here, so I hope they pay you! If you played blackjack, the withdrawal will probably be rejected.
