I just went round with them about a free chip email they sent me. Something about new casino software and a $50 free chip to try it out. Said to contact casino to receive it. I got an A** CS rep and he accused me of being a bonus abuser. Told me I got the email by mistake. Now mind you, they sent me the email. I told him they could kiss my A** and to delete my account. What a bunch of puds!! Icon_pidu

Okay, so I went in early this morning and waited an hour in live chat till Danielle finally appeared. Told her about the email they sent me and requested the free chip. She said I first needed too make a deposit because I already had two free chips back too back. I specifically made it a point that she assure me that once I made this deposit, for sure I would recieve the free chip. Aswell, I requested the bonus coupon xxSunxx to go w/ this deposit.

I make a $10.00 deposit, letting her know that I was ready whenever she was for the coupon. She then sends me the promotion link....askes me which code I want....I have already told her 2 times which code I want...and then she tells me I wont be able to get the $50.00 because I needed too make a deposit equal to or more then that amount in order to recieve it. I ask her to show me where this rule is mentioned in the email they sent me.

Meanwhile, I am still waiting for the bonus coupon that I have already requested 2 times.

Then, for whetever reason, she tells me the total amount of money I have ever deposited into my account, somewhere around $1,800.00. She then tells me how much I have gotten total in free chips.....somewhere around $14,000.00. She thinks this is reason enough for me not too recieve this chip.

This is when I state the obvious, which is this...I have deposited $1,800 blah, blah, blah, been given $14,000.00 blah, blah, blah. and how much have I ever withdrawn from my account? I ask her this because I feel at this point it is necessary that she learn how to do her job correctly. I am not trying too be rude but, well maybe just a little because that amount is a big ZERO!!!! I have never ever withdrawn a dime, not once!!! Isnt this really theonly thing that should matter?

And, again, I remind Danielle that I am still waiting for the xxSUNxx bonus coupon. Again, she sends me the promo link and askes me which one I want? Ummm, hello?

And, yes, I know what you must be thinking and you are correct, I am pathetic...typical gambler who doesnt know when too stop while she is ahead. Atleast I recognize my problem and isnt this the first step too recovery?...hehehe....

Danielle and I have been at it now for like 45 minutes and then BLAM! I loose the chat window......funny, I think to myself, this cant be the fault of my computer as this never happens too me all the million times in the past while I am chatting with them....hhhmmmmm.

BTW, I am still waiting for my xxSunxx bonus coupon....

So, now I have to go thru the waiting process all over again and ofcoarse by this time I have already lost my initial deposit. 45 minutes later, A.J. appears in Danielles place.

Conversation begins pleasent enough. I wasnt rude even though, at this point, that is all I want to be. I start it off with, and I quote, "first off, A.J., how r doing?" I then ask him too please just review the conversation I just had with Danielle since I know they save every conversation....I tell him I am still waiting on that xxSunxx bonus coupon. He then starts giving me attitude. Telling me I abuse free chips, blah, blah, blah....

Now my blood is starting too boil, as I am sure u can understand. I point out too him that Danielle assured me the $50.00 free chip if I made a deposit and then after I made one, she renigs. He doesnt even give me a chance too start about all the bogus rules she conjured up that applied too recieving this code.

And, on top of everything, I had told Danielle 3 to 4 times already which bonus code I wanted and I still didnt get it. He isnt listening too me and is going on and on about free chip this, abuser that...Obviously, he only skimmed thru the conversation because he is adament that she and I only spoke about this $50.00 free chip.

Do your job, A.J., and read it and u will see from the very beginning, my request for xxSunxx...how many times I asked for this, 3 or 4? I lost count....

And while u r at it, remind me just how much I have withdrawn from my account total. And he is supposed to be the manager of this casino? Can u believe?! LOL. Some manager he is, he hangs up the chat on me....now that is really professional, huh...

Needless too say, I have terminated my Betroyal account for good.
