xenabruno, Slots Jungle is in the group that Casino Titan moved to... they are not great from what I heard. Bet Phoenix is a casino and sports book... I do not know much about them, but I think they pay. wink

yes and casino titan takes now like winpalace and slots jungle , 10 business days before you see your money , + one day i cashed out $800 , and then they pay me $500 and reput $300 on my balance , i waited 10 business days to be paid and after they said, you can withdraw your $300 now , but it takes again 10 business days , i asked why they do that , said it s because depend your vip status , sure , when you are new and when we win with the welcome bonus we dont have vip status Sad

, dont understand that , its because i dont play on this casino group , i unstalled them Smile

Betphoenix is the RTG-Casino where Nicholas from Vegas Regal went to. That for they have got a lot of players that trust him and play there. I did too at first and thought they were very generous with free chips between deposits and a lot of freerolls. But, to me now they have the same way working that Virtual casinos have. Never two free chips in a row. That includes winning on Tournaments, very high bonuses with maxcashout and high wagering. They pay, but it takes some days. I havn't cashed out so I don't know how long. And I will not do it either. I stick to the ones I trust.
Sorry for comparing them with Virtual but to me they don't feel okey and I had a bad expeirence with one guy in livechat. I know others feel different.

I made 3 cashouts at Bet Phoenix, each one took 5 days to get payment, with numerous calls and emails to casino.

Then I was bonus banned. Believe the term that was used was that I was a 'negative value player'. Now I have seen several payout problems and other issues coming up.

Closed my account there after pretty heated discussion with Nicolas.

Just saying.

I understand you anniemac. He used to be a true professional earlier but that casino has so many rules that people will do wrong whatever they do. I've heard others getting the same bann after only one deposit. Whatever you do in that casino, don't win and cashout, then you are a bad customer Rolling Eyes

Don't bother playing the tournys at Bet Phoenix unless you have deposited. I got my $ 40.00 tourny win up to over $ 500.00 and can't get a penny of it because I have never deposited.
( Rushmore gave me $ 1000.00 from a tourny win and I had never deposited, I have now and will continue to and will never deposit at Bet Phoenix)

I called because they never replied to my emails and they referred me to this in their General rules:
FREE ROLL TOURNAMENT RULES

• Customers are welcome to play our Free Roll Tournaments; However winnings will be paid to depositing players only. This is good and helpful info, thanks. I always thought Bet Phoenix was a good casino based on other reviews I had seen, but I will avoid this casino now....and not waste any more time playing their tourneys. Thanks!!
