  When I first asked about the 50%, via email
This is the response that I got :
Dear Jeanette,
The 50% monthly deposit bonus will be calculated by
the system at the end of the month and players will be
credited automatically.

Geez, that's disappointing....
I copied the email that I received less than 2 weeks
ago. It says something else.
Can't you credit the account holders accounts
(like mine), that are requesting this bonus manually??
I don't think that there are very many players that
even know how this 50% thing works. In fact, I'm sure
that there are very few.
The Monthly 50% Bonus up to $50 has been posted on
your website, for a long while already. I registered
more than a month ago, and it was on there. Just as it
still is.
Maybe you guys should consider removing it, as it is
discouraging to find something like this out after
seeing it on the website and then being told that this
would be credited at The End Of The Month.
And now here we are, at The End Of The Month......and
NOTHING. That's not good.
