Absolute Slots Casino | Slow Payments (faster now)

Absolute Slots Casino usally pays in 5 business days and sometimes 6 or 7.
The site promises 5 business day cashouts.
Edit UPDATE- see post 14 and 15 for recent fast cashouts!
Multiple (at least 3) members have complained to me of not receiving
cashouts promised on the 5th day.

I have complained by email to Absolute Slots MULTIPLE (at least 3) times,
then they pay the person's cashout, and never answer my emails.

Thanks for the info, I have made several deposits, just haven't had the opportunity to cash out, makes me think twice about depositing again.

I can understand some slow payments as long as everyone
is kept informed... and is paid! I let it go the first time it happened,
and the 2nd, but the 3rd time when they could not bother
themselves to reply to my email, I obviously did not let it go!

This is my 3rd cashout from them.

I cashed out, twice before on free chips.. very small amounts.
They paid each of those on the 5th business day, almost on the exact hour
to complete the entire 5 days.

I knew what I was getting myself, into already....

I just forgot how much, I hate to wait!

By the way...
I did get my withdrawal from the 13th, yesterday.

I sent an email to Absolute Slots yesterday morning and "Charlie"
did respond to my email....

This is my email and the response that I received:

On your website, there are a few player 'testimonials'.
Players saying that they always get their withdrawals within 3 days.

In the past, I have made 2 withdrawals, from this casino.
Each taking the entire 5 business days.

I have a withdrawal that is currently pending.
I have no 'desire' to reverse this, and will wait it out until it is paid.

I know that you guys say that it is 2-5 business days for withdrawals to be processed.
BUT, I also see on the website where it says "faster" withdrawals for VIP's.
How much faster, are we talking?
And, what is the criteria to receive faster withdrawals that are mentioned
by your player testimonials and what is stated on the VIP page of your
website?
Or, does this casino just wait until the very last day to have to pay the cashout?
I really do not understand.

I like this casino, A LOT!
But, other casinos (Rivals and Microgaming) are paying out the next day,
as I continue to wait for Absolute Slots.

It just makes myself and others think twice when deciding where to play...

Regarding cashouts, the vast majority are processed within 2 or 3 days, however sometimes they can take a little longer due to the auditing procedures. This is why we state 2 - 5 business days on the website, so that our players know when to expect cashouts.

I honestly don't know why your cashouts have taken longer than average, if this continues to happen please contact me again and I'll look into it.

I requested a withdrawal from Absolute Slots yesterday, flushed it, and it was in my quicktender yesterday night, less than 12 hours after flushing it. Maybe they are paying faster now?!
