I only deposit at 1 of them and so far besides for my birthday I have only recieved bonuses at the 1 I deposit at.


BTW I got a $10 sloto ticket today. didn't last very long but I got to try the new slot anyway

they do not give no deposit bonuses over and over to players
who do not deposit.. loyalty bonuses are only for regular
depositors Smile

I was just in my Mayan account, playing the rest of what I left in there...
And, I noticed a 100% and Free $20 Loyalty Bonus!!!

And now I see Free $10 in Pantasia, too!!
(hmmmm..... but, no match bonus....)

how come there is no promotions available at any of the Rival casinos? those that show promotions that are 100% match bonuses and i click on them to claim it says that it was denied. i don't want to make my deposit before i claim the promotion. i don't understand why I would be denied the match promo as I am a new customer and the only free chip i have claimed is at pantasia and simon says and superior, and i have deposited at 2 of those. any ideas on this? lol

Hello! You know before you deposit if you will get a promotion..
IT WILL SAY WHEN you claim you are not eligible
and ask if you still want to deposit without the bonus.

If you are being denied promotions it is because
you are blocked from bonus.. you can get blocked
from bonus for opening more than one account at one casino,
logging into the casino from a computer other than yours, or a few
other ways. You need to go to live chat or email
the casinos (EACH ONE) and ask for an account review.

If they see no bonus abuse or fraudulent activity,
then they will unlock your bonus accounts.

I have done none of the above, I don't disrespect the casinos that way, as I am an affiliate of most of them from when I had my forum. I thought maybe they are changing the promotions because those that have promos on their home page have none when you login, it just says "coming soon" in the promo box. I have claimed promos at pantasia when i deposited and i got a $10 free chip 2 days later for new game, and I was denied promo last night, I was denied at Simon Says and the only other one I tried was DaVinci's and I was going to claim their match bonus up to $200 but it said coming soon in promo box. Live support was offline when I was there and probably will be for a few more hours.

Are all the Rival Casinos owned by same company or person? I do have an account at now 4 of them and have deposited at 2 of the 4. but I was denied the free chip promo at all of them when i opened my account and tried to claim it. I emailed support and asked why, they said they reviewed my account and was happy to say they adjusted my account and was told to login and claim the free chip promo. but i have my personal details exactly the same at those casinos, I did not lie and put down different address or name, nothing like that. So that would be only way I have duplicate accounts, and that is if your allowed only one between all of them, but I saw nowhere that says this.

THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO GET BLOCKED SO DO NOT
GET OFFENDED, just email as I suggested and fix the problem!

you are allowed to have one account
at each casino.. they are all owned by different people/companies
but the SHARE FRAUD DETECTING INFORMATION AND Bonus
abuse and chargeback information..
Just because you got blocked does not mean you did anything
wrong, there are automatic security measures..
even using 2 different emails at 2 different casinos
will auto block you

AS I SAID the only way to fix your problem is ASK FOR
ACCOUNT REVIEWS..
otherwise you will remain blocked.
GOOD LUCK!

ALL PLAYERS PLEASE READ:
once you are blocked one time at any RIVAL
it will happen again when you make some
new rival account, so everytime you will have
to have your accounts unblocked if you register at a new
casino.. just email or go to live chat and
ask for a review

hi TDTAT wanted you to know my accounts are now unblocked. I don't have a clue why they got blocked, I asked but was not given an answer. the manager did apologize and said he automatically claimed the promo for me i wanted, so all i had to do was make a deposit, lol just got done playing there.

I must say their cuistomer service is excellent. they are extremely nice and respond to emails and problems like jonny on the spot. I am very impressed. good customer service will bring me back to a casino more than a casino that just feeds me free chips. to me good CS is very important, and I really believe customer service can make or break a casino. I read in your post that once your account gets blocked that every time you open a new account at a different rival casino that your accounts will get blocked again. So every time I open a new account and try to claim a promo my account will get blocked? if so that really suxs.

Thank you for your help on this because I was baffled why that happened.
