Hello! Here are a few things to check..
Is this your first Rival Casino? If you have
already download a Rival before, then the next
question is irrelevant 
Do you have windows? MACs/Apples have trouble with some casinos
Did you try cleaning cookies and clearing cache then rebooting?
Make sure your security settings are not blocking the download.
