a "manager account review". They will look at you Rival casino history

I received an email this morning answering my live chat and they are stating that I have another account at this casino but that is not true. This is the only one they are allowing to play and deposit but no bonus this happened before with sloto cash and they figured it out that I didn't have any other accts. is there anything you can do?
