Hello! sorry for the trouble,

What do you mean? you just registered and there are no bonuses?
If you just registered they should be in the cashier to claim automatically,
unless you are blocked from bonus for some reason.

Or you registered before these promos started and are trying
to get the bonuses? These are new promos that just
started.. some casinos will give the bonuses if you have a history
of depositing at Rival casinos.. but if you have played
4 Rival no deposit bonuses and never deposited at any of them,
they are not likely to make an exception and give you another
free bonus..

Either way if live chat was no help, the best thing to do is email a manager
and nicely ask for the bonus.
