Another one I tried. After downloading I contacted live support, after 20 min I finally had someone online. I asked about the 500% cashable bonus and was told it was still running so I asked about the specific T&C's (always like to double check). Nothing she left me so I waited almost 1/2 thinking she was checking into it. NOTHING. I called the toll free number gee what a shock it's not in service so I called the regular number(probably going to cost me a bundle for that call). I finally was able to speak to someone who I obviously WOKE up. I even asked her did I wake u up?(ever wonder when u call some casinos to talk to support u hear the slots and every other worker in the background?..this number was quiet as a church mouse absolutely no noice and she had to turn her puter on she said). She gave no response so I asked her about the 500% cashable bonus. She said send me the email. I told her I didn't get an email it was on a forum. All she said was send the emial. I told her I DIDN'T get an email she said, send me the email or we can't give it to you. I told her it was also on their home site. She said, send me the email. Deposit and you can play Finally i said, look I didn't receive any email, it's on a forum i'm registered at and I won't deposit until I know the conditions and if I'm going to get the bonus..click..bzzzzzzzz..she hung up on me... hmmmm...

I did request from support and the phone call. I receive no response from live support and was told over and over again to send the invitational email for the 500% cashable in my phone conversation with someone who I obviously woke up. All i received was a blank screen AND a bzzzzzz. Not somewhere I would think of putting my money that's for sure.
