I opened an account at Arthurians yesterday, and I still haven't recieved a welcome e-mail... Let alone any bonus? I can't get live chat or any customer support on the phone either? I thought maybe I had misprinted my e-mail during application, but the chances of me doing that are next to none, since they have you confirm it.
