Hello All,

Has anyone has problems with getting your paid from COOLCAT. I had requested a $200 withdrawl on 8/3. Already had my documents fax'd couple of months ago. I had to call them to ask them about what was going on with my withdrawal request. The guy said your request is on hold because your verficiation documents were too dark that you fax'd...ok why didn't someone e-mail me and tell me that. I resent them the other day and they have been avoiding me every since. The manager call'd me an said we received your documents and we will do your withdrawl A.S.A.P...this was thursday...know they are avoiding me. Today is the 10 day and still nothing in my Ecocard acct... I'm a depositing player their and this don't make since.

Has anyone else had problems here? Please advise.

The documents of this player were received on the 14th. His/her payout was
approved today and he/she should have payout by early next week, tops.

I apologize to this player; even if it wasn't something in my control it is
still something I hate to hear happen to someone you refer. Just so you
know, the payout is approved, but only for $100, per the 10x max cashout
that came with the bonus this player took.

Fortunately the administration of the casino wants to eliminate these issues
the players experience at the hands of the clerks/managers. So if you can
get the name of which clerk or manager that does anything wrong, this will
help us improve.
