I will assume that you are lierate, but I will elaborate anyway- I asked Mark to deal with everyone else that he had holding SO THAT THE OTHER CHATTERS WOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT while I asked him questions about why my other "No Luckers" are having such a hard time getting payment and quality customer service from RTG casinos. I don't even have a Cool Cat account and I actually waited on hold for 10 minutes before I even got an operator all for the sake of being able to file a legitimate complaint on behalf of all of the other players on this forum that have had such bad experiences.
