I had the same problem. I tried different formats until the error message beside the text box dissapeared. I can't remember which one worked but here are some examples:

got the 25$ took 20 minutes
for canada i couldnt register becuz of the invalid format on the zip code so i left it blank then it allowed me to register

the bets are 10$ min so watch out if you make 1st bet 10$ you will have 15$ left so 2nd bet make it for 15$ cuz you cant bet the last 5$ cuz of 10$ minimum
