Hi All,

I think that it is important that I inform you all of the HORRIBLE experience that I have had with PALACE OF CHANCE CASINO.

I was going to provide you all with copies of the conversations that I have had with the online support, but to be fair, it would make this overly long, so I shall summarise. Should the Casino disagree with what I am about to tell you then they may support their comments with the conversations themselves.

I made a withdrawal on Saturday the 16th of September, I checked that this withdrawal was OK with support before doing so and was assured that it was. I was then offered a further bonus of 300% if I was to make another deposit. I questioned this as I thought that there would be no bonuses with pending withdrawals. Support assured me that it would be ok. I was instructed to CANCEL my withdrawal, make a further deposit and then make the withdrawal again. This I did to the letter and was awarded my bonus. I asked support by way of confirmation that this action would NOT prejudice my withdrawal in anyway, I was told that ofcourse it would NOT!

I played my bonus and deposit and lost....oh well.....

On Monday the 18th of September I sent by fax the required documents for my withdrawal. One hour after I contacted support to confirm their arrival. After about half an hour I was told that they didnt have them and could I send them again!!! I said NO! I had just paid $5 to send them in the first place, not to mention having to take a trip into the city. Support offered to give me a $5 chip for my inconvienience which I refused.

I immediatley sent the documents by email. I asked support if they could confirm receipt of the email and validity of the documents, I was told that this was IMPOSSIBLE as only the manager could OPEN the email and she was not in on that day! I was told to come back at 2.00pm the following day.

At 2.00pm the following day I returned and spoke to support, I was told that indeed this particular support member had opened my email, seen the docs and forwarded it to the Manager who was still not in and possibly sick! I asked how this was possible when I had been told that only the Manager could open the email, I receieved no reply. I was assured that the Manager would be in in the next couple of hours and to try back then, also I was assured that my withdrawal would be processed ASAP due to my inconvienience.

I returned to support 4 hours later to be informed that the Manager was NOT in. However my withdrawal request was with accounts now!! and would be processed forthwith. I asked how long and was told 4 to 5 working days??? i asked about the 48 hour guarantee and after a long period of silence was told that yes indeed I was correct and my funds WOULD BE AVAILABLE on Wednesday 20th September.

Today (20th September) I went to my account only to find my withdrawal still cancelable. I called support and spoke to Sebastian who informed me that he was in charge of everything but not PAYOUTS and the manager was NOT IN! But she would be available tommorow????

I asked what the problem was with my withdrawal and was told that I had COMBINED TWO DEPOSITS AND TWO BONUSES!!! I assured him that this was not the case and explained what had happened.

His only and continual response was to tell me that I needed to speak to the manager who would be in TOMMOROW! I explained that I had indeed heard the same thing everyday for the last THREE DAYS!!

I include here a copy of my transactions from the casino account, if anyone can show me how I combined TWO DEPOSITS and TWO BONUSES I would be happy to hear them out.

The whole service from this casino has been DISGUSTING, I have been lied to, fed contradictory information and spoken to rudely.

I must stress that my personal reccomendation is that NO ONE DEPOSIT AT THIS CASINO and that any body who is a member of another forum mention the same to their members

I dont know the manager of this casino,
but my affliaite rep for this group of RTGs is great! If you give me your ACCT# I know she would want to make this up to you!!She will be as disugusted by this as you and I, but perhaps more..
even though you will obviously never deposit here again!!!

Hi again,

One other thing, I sent TWO emails to the casino (for which I received and acknowledgement receipt) stating my intentions to post here about their behaviour should they not make amends.

Each time I mentioned these emails to online support (there were three seperate occasions) the immediate response from them was to TERMINATE the chat session!!

Just thought I would let you know that I have been more than fair, infact the last email I sent included a full copy of what I was to post here and offered them the rest of the day to respond before I posted.....needless to say they did not.

Hi,

I just checked my click2pay account, and to my amazement found that I have indeed been paid by Palace Of Chance.

I will not however retract my previous statement.

I have not received any email confirming that the payment has been made, and ofcourse the last comment from the casino was that I may not get paid at all having combined TWO bonuses.

Furthermore, I was told that the MANAGER would contact me tommorow to discuss this problem.

BUT....

For now, at least, after a lot of fuss and fighting I have my money

Hi, I just had to respond to your post nkieswetter, I have made a few deposits there myself and have cashed out 2 times, the first time it took 7 days and I was told when I ask about the 48 hour cashout that with this being my first time to cash out and that I used a deposit bonus that thay can take up to 7 days, the 2nd time I cashed out it took them 8 days, I made many calls and was told everything from there manager quite to it will be in my account by the end of the day, I was told this for 3 days, then on the 8th day it was in my account. I was given a 25.00 free chip on the 7th day, I guess to make up for taking so long, Any way im not sure I would make another deposit there, I takes way to long to cash out, thanks for posting, I thought I was the only one.
